Back to morning walks

Part of the process I’m working through is to include more movement – above and beyond specific exercise.

Whilst I’m still building strength back in my ankle, I’m still having to avoid running. But walking is just fine.

Now that the days are getting longer I’m able to reap the benefits of living on the edge of the green belt. So morning walks are fresh air, twittering birds, lambs, and soon to be ducklings and baby moorhens.
