A bumpy road… with snacks

Back in a weigh-in cycle over the past couple of days. And disappointed to see that I’ve broken the trend of the past few months.

I’ve definitely slipped on a few of my habits, shifting the balance away from protein and veg, salad, fruit combinations.

Too much in terms of baked goods (snacking) and higher fat (pizzas).

Locking back in to reverse this process doing what I have already shown myself works well.
