    So, I’ve switched up my weight loss game! Instead of daily weigh-ins, I check in every two weeks, averaging three days’ results to avoid that frustrating scale rollercoaster. This way, I focus on strength and fat loss without stressing. I’m finally seeing progress, and hey, I even moved a belt notch!
